We want you to love your Betsey Johnson purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that clearance items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Pack It Up
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact, and include your packing slip.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
